When you complete the assessment, we collect the information you voluntarily provide, including your first name, email address, phone number, property ZIP code, your answers to the assessment questions, and the risk score generated from them. We also automatically collect standard technical data such as your referring page, marketing attribution parameters (for example, UTM tags or ad click identifiers), and your approximate location derived from your IP address (used only to show you content relevant to your area). We do not access your device's precise GPS location.
We use your information to: generate and display your risk score and estimated exposure range; contact you by phone, text message, and email about your project and our services, including by automated means where you have consented; schedule and conduct an in-home assessment if you request one; improve our tools, content, and localized risk models; and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
